Sublime will perform their first concert with new vocalist-guitarist Rome at Devore, California’s Smokeout Festival on October 24th. It is the first time the surviving members of Sublime have performed together as Sublime since May 24th, 1996, the day before Brad Nowell died. “People are talking about the upcoming show and using words like ‘reunion’ and ‘reformation,’ but neither term is correct,” drummer Bud Gaugh said in a statement. “This is a celebration.”
Also, Tegan & Sara set out in support of Sainthood and Raconteur Brendan Benson heads out for a solo trek this autumn. All the details, after the jump.
